2015 marks the 150th anniversary of
the publication of Alice’s Adventures in
Wonderland, by Lewis Carroll.
On 18th March, students from all
levels participated in a workshop which involved many different activities
related to this topic, such as reading and recording parts of the story,
writing their own riddles, learning about Carroll’s biography and characters in
the novel. Most groups completed the workshop by designing original creative
material about the book, which can be seen below.
Also, a Mad Tea Party was held (see pictures at the end of this post) in which students were able to ‘experience’ some of Alice’s adventures. We all had a wonderful time.
